Refund policy

RETURNS:
Products can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for a refund at the original purchase price (less shipping if applicable), or supply you an exchange, provided that the product must be in an unused, unopened condition with no damage.

Items being returned for exchanges may incur shipping charges.

Our 7 day returns policy does not apply to Faulty or Damaged goods. Faulty or Damaged goods are covered under our Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Before returning the item please email getintouch@domestique.nz and provide the following details (Invoice Number, Purchase Date, Item name, and the reason for return). We will contact you to confirm and will provide shipping details.
