Shipping policy

We offer FREE default shipping on orders over $100 throughout New Zealand for Most Products we sell (Excludes Rental Packages. Some Heavy or Bulky items may incur a extra charge).  Orders under $100 have a default shipping rate of $7.

Default shipping is tracked NON-SIGNATURE delivery. For an additional fee, we offer SIGNATURE REQUIRED delivery.

We aim for same/next day shipping with overnight courier unless stated differently on the product page (South Island and Rural Delivery may take 1-2 day extra).

NOTE: We are unable to deliver Bulky Items such as Smart Bikes to Auckland Islands (ie Waiheke, Great Barrier etc).
