Zwift recommend the USB-m as it has proven to have the best signal reception in the lab.

The latest ANT USB stick from Dynastream Innovations (Garmin owned) has a miniature design (18.96 x 12.48 x 5.02 mm).  You may also need a USB extension cable to get the best signal from your ANT + devices.

ANTUSB-m also features many key enhancements to meet new requirements in demanding sports and wellness use cases. These new enhancements include fast burst data rate, encrypted data channel, up to 8 network keys and advanced search mechanism.   

The ANTUSB-m has been tested and found to comply with AS/NZS 4268:2003, Radio equipment and systems – Short range devices. ACMA supplier code number: N20233.
